Terms of Service
1. Company Information
Convo.run is operated by The Troops PTE Ltd., a company registered in Singapore with its registered office at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914.
2. Acceptance and Authority
By creating an account, joining a workspace, or using Convo.run, you agree to these Terms. If you use Convo.run for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. The Service
Convo.run is a customer messaging workspace for connected business channels. The service includes shared inbox operations, location-specific configuration, approved knowledge, AI-assisted or automatic replies, lead and inquiry routing, human handoff, and related reporting and administration.
4. Accounts and Workspaces
- You must provide accurate account and organization information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding account access and managing workspace members.
- You must only connect channels, locations, and business accounts you are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for the configuration and activity of your workspace users.
5. Customer Content and Connected Channels
You retain ownership of the content, knowledge, instructions, and business data you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to operate the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process customer conversations and for complying with the terms and policies of connected channel providers.
6. AI Features and Human Oversight
AI-generated drafts and replies may be incomplete or incorrect. You control whether a location uses team-only replies, AI drafts, or automatic replies and are responsible for reviewing configurations, knowledge, policies, and handoff rules. Convo.run does not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or other regulated judgment.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use Convo.run to violate law, platform rules, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or the rights of others; distribute malware or harmful content; gain unauthorized access; interfere with the service; or send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications.
8. Third-Party Services
Connected messaging providers, authentication services, payment providers, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and may change or restrict their functionality. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
9. Trials, Billing, and Cancellation
Trial duration, plan limits, pricing, billing frequency, and any conversion to a paid subscription will be presented at sign-up or checkout. Paid subscriptions renew according to the terms shown when purchased. Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by the applicable checkout terms and our Cancellation and Refund policies.
10. Privacy and Security
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. You acknowledge that no online service can guarantee absolute security and agree to use available access controls, channel permissions, and workspace settings appropriately.
11. Service Changes and Suspension
We may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address non-payment, or respond to a material breach of these Terms.
