Cover more with a smaller team
Let AI absorb repeatable questions while people focus on judgment, exceptions, and valuable customer moments.
Built from the inbox
The product grew out of running a real human agent team for a motel chain in the Philippines, where response quality, staffing pressure, and missed booking opportunities were daily operating problems.

A problem we lived ourselves
Our team handled customer questions across a chain of motels: room availability, rates, amenities, policies, directions, and the follow-up needed to turn interest into a booking.
At more than 1,000 inquiries a day, adding another agent for every increase in volume was not a durable answer. Generic chatbots were not enough either. They lacked local context, operational ownership, and a reliable way to involve a person.
That experience became the product brief for Convo.run: one location-aware inbox where AI handles repeatable work and people remain responsible for quality, judgment, and conversion.
What the operation demanded
Let AI absorb repeatable questions while people focus on judgment, exceptions, and valuable customer moments.
Ground replies in approved property information and policies instead of relying on memory or scattered documents.
Ask the next useful question, collect context, and route a qualified inquiry instead of stopping at a generic response.
