Reply packs
A pack is a one-time purchase. Its replies are used after your monthly allowance and stay valid for 12 months, so a quiet month does not waste them.
Each plan includes a set number of connected accounts. Extra accounts cost $7 a month each.

How replies work
Each AI reply sent to a customer uses one reply. Messages your team sends, handoffs to your team, and failed sends are free.
Your plan's replies are shared across all locations. The allowance resets on your billing date and unused replies do not carry over.
Replies come from your packs next. With no replies left, new conversations go to your team in the shared inbox, which keeps working.
